Act like a Lady Think like a Man!

This statement has become a massive phenomenon within the current society. It’s amazing how young ladies and women in general feel that in order for them to be “known” they need to think like a MAN.

My question is, if women are also thinking like men… then who is then supposed to THINK like a woman?

I stand on the basis of as a man thinketh so he is!

You cannot perceive something that is not in you, just like how you can’t dream about things that are unachievable. If you’re a woman THINK like a woman because once you start thinking like a man you WILL try to ACT like one. Your thinking has a great influence on your actions. I find it outstandingly crazy that many ladies are wasting their time in trying to ACTUALLY program themselves to think like a man, when that time could be used in enhancing how to act and think more like a lady!

Why be something that you’re not?

Right, there are a few girls screaming…”whatever, I don’t wanna be a guy tho... I just want to know how they think that’s why I want to know what they think of”. *Ok fine Clap for yourself.*

One thing that I have noticed is that men actually don’t CARE if you’re trying to think like them. They know that you’re not a guy even if you try your best you won’t be one, they still see the lady in you. Even the idea of them even attempting to think like a lady gives them a headache.

Last year I was given the Steve Harvey book, ‘Act like a Lady Think like a Man’. My-o-My, it is a very interesting book I must admit, if covers a lot of issues that are totally ignored and devalued within our current society.

However one striking thing about the book is that, (personal opinion) it actually doesn’t tell or encourage women to think like men. Which may appear contradictory to the title, but it encourages women to place more value on themselves and not sell herself cheap to the first guy that comes. It actually reinforces the notion that women need to have a standard for themselves! Quite an interesting read. A lot of the things mentioned my mother had made me aware of before nevertheless it was a good read!

Perfect Jemz thinking!!

I know I am not the best, but I have chosen to learn and be educated, I’ve looked at where I’ve failed in the past and I’ve observed where other women and mothers have failed also, therefore I aim for perfection. To be the best daughter, sister, aunty, cousin, godmother/sister, friend, partner, wife and mother that I CAN BE; for that is all that I can be. ME.
Identity is something that is completely lost in our society we don’t know who we are anymore; people change characters like trends on twitter. People change their moods more than they change their underwear! It’s a madness!!

An Amazing book!!

  • As lady set goals and achieve them. Have standards and stick to them. I’ve heard the saying, “all men are the same” haaahaa and the most funniest response  a guy could give was…”who told you to try so many?”…………….. FINISHED!!! I mean individually men are different but collectively they are the same… hence the reason why they are a brand of their own called MEN!
  • Set yourself up build yourself up, business, career and buy a house (if you need to) be comfortable. The reason why I encourage these things it’s because proverbs 14: 1 ‘A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.’ (NIV) For these things are merely a platform for that which is to come. If you can’t even give value or see a future for yourself, how much more for your kids or husband? How then do you assist in the birthing of their dreams!
  • If you know you have an attitude problem ... PRAY TO God… simples! No one wants someone with a stinky attitude!!

On a serious note let’s have a generation of ladies that break boundaries, who strive for the best. Who are not in competition with the male species but instead appreciate it. Let’s deal with our insecurities and jealousy and live a good stress-free life!

 Thanks for reading!!

Credit Cards: Yes or A NO-NO?

One thing that you need to understand about the world we live in is that, it runs on debt. We live in a debt fuelled society. From the countries borrowing and owing money to central banks and presidents who put their countries in debit with other countries. Which then fuels down to local banks with credit cards, loans and even store cards. We have been immersed into the life of buy now pay later and we are trained to think that it is ok! We are not afraid anymore of not having money anymore. We can buy all we want now and pay it back later despite the fact that we can actually be paying more than the initial price. However, some people still fear credit cards as though it's the pikin of the devil! Lol Surely there must be a way around this system right? Can we actually use this debt thing to actually work in our favour? There's always a loophole somewhere, can credit cards actually work in our favour? Yes, they can as long as you use it wisely. What do I mean by
