Scores!!!!!

Guys, it's so great to see 2015 come to end and you made it through and you're alive for that we ought to be grateful. Life always has a way of surprising us and sometimes it can be just too much!

This is a quick post to start the year with. It is about having and seeing a goal and scoring!

You hear a lot that you ought to write down your goals and plan your life, listen, do it, do it do it! You can do it put your mind to it!

Seriously however you are going to do it, you need your vision in front of you, it's so principle and key.

I'm pretty organised and structured person but I can be lazy at times like most of us. I'll always know what I need to do but I won't necessarily do it or at least not do it right away. Which is obviously bad because I'm delaying my own progress. However last year.... LAWWWD... Last year I stuck to every plan and every goal I wrote down and I even exceeded some.

For example, At the beginning of the year I wanted to travel to "at least" 4 countries, that was the goal, however I ended up going to 5. This is not to boast but to show you something here. I told myself something at the beginning of the year, I was very slow in even starting I took my first trip of the year in March, 3 months after I told myself that I wanted to do something. "I'll be honest here" I didn't write it down it was just something that I told myself. Then the following month I went on my second trip. After that I decided to buy a world map and pin the areas that I wanted to visit. Now I had my vision noted in front of me, I would see it everyday. I chose the dates and locations and my vision was clear. I then became obsessed I would talk about holidays non-stop. Every bargain I saw my eyes would light up.

Now point being here is this when your vision ( what you want to see happen) and your goal (what you want) are clear and obvious you subconsciously become obsessed by it. Then consciously It consumes you and you channel the universe for it to happen.

Just ask yourself what do I want to see in my life this year or this month or even this week? That's your vision. Now the dream or mission is to make that vision tangible. The fact that you can conceive that idea you have made it POSSIBLE to acquire it. Your vision is the bigger picture, always aim for that.

Sometimes the bigger picture can be a bit blurry, so you know what you want but you are a bit unsure/uncertain, it's ok. When you are here the best thing to do is work on yourself. Look at your habits good and bad. Look at your lifestyle etc and make positive changes.

If you're always late to work, Challenge yourself to be early for the week. Now that's a lot more realistic than a month.

So your vision is to be a person who has time management skills.

Goal: to be on time everyday for the next 7days.

Now this is the part everyone forgets (strategy & targets)

Strategy is HOW you'll do it, how you'll hit that goal. Targets are little pointers you set to ensure your strategy is working.

So your strategy can be to analyse how long it takes you to get to work and then you set the appropriate time to go wake up and leave the house.

i.e start work at 9am, need to be up at 7am and ready & out by 8am to catch the 8:15 train.

That is a very strategic plan.

Your target could be, to be in bed by 10pm the latest 11pm. It might even be to catch a particular train, so you arrange yourself to be that little bit better. So when 10pm hits your mind will be telling you things and reminding you because it wants you to succeed. Do not ignore it!

I know there's always pagans screaming but sometimes things don't always go to plan. Yes we can't plan our lives to the T, however plan realistically with room for flexibility. If you scroll up I said go to bed at 10pm the latest 11pm so you've allocated yourself an hour for any mishaps, yet you're still allowing yourself adequate time to sleep.

This is NOT the blue print it is an example because your life might be completely different, you may have kids or work nights etc. you know you best. However the concepts still remain the same. Plan your life, set goals and create a realistic strategy to complete it. When you don't have a plan or an idea you lose that control over your life, therefore allowing forces and people to dictate how you ought to live. You need to remain strong, stern and courageous, this is your life here make it wondrous and everything you want.

Our brains are amazing machines you just need to feed it the right content and it registers and functions accordingly.

So let's be great this year and stretch and spread further than we have ever. We all have been entrusted to do exploits so let's go for it. Even if it is to make someone happy, smile.

Amongst my other goals I have two goals this year for me personally which I would like to share with you all:
1) to not fear
2) become a risk taker

I'm ready to step into the unknown year of 2016. Are you?

Born a legend to leave a legacy.

Credit Cards: Yes or A NO-NO?

One thing that you need to understand about the world we live in is that, it runs on debt. We live in a debt fuelled society. From the countries borrowing and owing money to central banks and presidents who put their countries in debit with other countries. Which then fuels down to local banks with credit cards, loans and even store cards. We have been immersed into the life of buy now pay later and we are trained to think that it is ok! We are not afraid anymore of not having money anymore. We can buy all we want now and pay it back later despite the fact that we can actually be paying more than the initial price. However, some people still fear credit cards as though it's the pikin of the devil! Lol Surely there must be a way around this system right? Can we actually use this debt thing to actually work in our favour? There's always a loophole somewhere, can credit cards actually work in our favour? Yes, they can as long as you use it wisely.
